We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store for customer access. This approach allows us to maintain competitive prices. However, we do offer pre-arranged pickup options for large orders.

Which postal service do you use to ship items?
We primarily use Australia Post as it is one of the most affordable shipping services available. Ordered items are shipped on the next working day. Large items (like Soft Play) are sent via Toll, TNT and Star Track.
Do you provide express posting on orders? How fast will I receive my order?
Yes, we provide express posting on special orders sent via Australia Post. You can easily track your order by visiting Australia Post’s website and using tracking no. to track your items. We arrange courier service for items larger than Australia Post’s limit.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship to most of the countries around the world. However, customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
