Routines are very important to all Children it helps them feel safe when there is a consistent and predictable routine in place, develop life skills and build healthy habits and stops parental stress
For toddlers and pre-schoolers, you could have routines for:
- getting ready in the morning.
- eating meals.
- spending time playing and talking together.
